In this unique role, you’ll provide compassionate care and emotional support to children and young people with complex or life-limiting conditions. Every day is different – from playtime and creative activities to supporting health needs and building precious memories with families in a home-from-home environment. ?? The Role: Support children and families in line with individual care plans Work closely with registered nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Use creativity and play to engage children in meaningful experiences Communicate sensitively with families, colleagues and professionals Be part of a supportive team that puts children at the heart of everything What you’ll need: ? Experience working with children and families? NVQ Level 2 in care (or equivalent)? Excellent communication and teamwork skills? A calm, positive and compassionate approach?
