Support Early Years Learners in a Nurturing Nursery Setting We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Leicester, starting as soon as possible. The Role As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will support children’s learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your responsibilities will include assisting with structured activities, play-based learning, and daily routines, as well as helping children develop social skills, confidence, and independence. You will work closely with nursery teachers to observe, assess, and record children’s progress, providing targeted support where needed. Communication with staff and parents will be an important part of the role, ensuring that each child’s needs are met and their achievements celebrated.
