We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night porter to join our team at The Carrington House Hotel. The Carrington House Hotel is a 158-room that is perfectly located on a quiet tree-lined avenue, just a short walk from Bournemouths town centre and famous beaches with ample parking and easy access to public transport.

Your duties will include:
* Welcoming any late arrivals and checking guests in and out.
* Running the night audit using our internal system (Opera Cloud)
* Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries.
* Looking after any guest requests
* Conducting regular security walks, floor checks, and light cleaning duties.
* Following all night shift procedures and any other duties as and when required.
* Completing the nights cleaning checklist ensuring public areas are kept clean
* Setting and clearing event rooms as and when required
The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, a working knowledge of opera cloud would be an advantage however this is not essential as full training will be given.
