We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Workplace Experience Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.
As a Workplace Experience Lead you'll:
* Lead the delivery of a premium workplace experience, ensuring a seamless, high-quality service across all areas of the site.
* Take ownership of the Front of House operation, creating a welcoming, professional, and five-star environment for all employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
* Manage and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
* Act as the key point of escalation for workplace and facilities-related queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
* Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery and collaboration.
* Oversee service standards across multiple areas including cleaning, workspace support, catering coordination, and general facilities services.
* Conduct regular floor walks and service checks, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and operational procedures, taking a proactive approach to risk management.
* Use data and insights to continuously improve service delivery, efficiency, and the overall workplace experience.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the site.
* Support wider operational teams and contribute to a “one team” approach across all service lines.
* Promote a strong safety culture by carrying out safety walks and reporting hazards, near misses, and observations.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a workplace, facilities, or front-of-house leadership role within a corporate environment.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing, motivating, and developing teams.
* A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive and solution-focused approach, with the confidence to challenge and improve ways of working.
* Good understanding of Health & Safety and compliance within a workplace environment.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Confident IT skills and experience using workplace systems and reporting tools.
* Resilience, adaptability, and a flexible approach to changing business needs.
