Operations Manager – Rotherham – from £45,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with fenestration industry experience to oversee and drive the daily operations of our retail and installation divisions. You will ensure teams operate efficiently, processes run smoothly, and performance targets are achieved, while fostering a positive work culture. This is a senior role, responsible for managing multiple teams including Installations, Service, Surveying, Contracts, and Administration, as well as indirect reports such as technicians and subcontractors. You will also manage budgets, monitor performance, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
