This role is central to ensuring smooth administrative processes, excellent customer service, and strong operational support across the business. This opportunity would suit an experienced Office Manager, Administration Manager, or a Senior Administrator ready to step into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities Office Management & Team Leadership Lead, manage, and motivate the Support / Administration Team Allocate workloads to ensure efficient office operations Support staff development and performance Administration & Operations Manage customer enquiries, bookings, and appointment scheduling Provide administrative and operational support across the business Oversee quotations, invoicing, and billing processes Maintain accurate company, client, and compliance records Identify operational issues and implement solutions Manage records relating to vehicles, plant, and equipment Monitor employee clock-ins and authorise holidays Business Support & Continuous Improvement Support business performance reviews Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in Office Management, Administration, or Operations Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent IT skills with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience supervising or supporting a team is highly desirable What We Offer Competitive salary Free on-site parking Permanent, full-time role Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends)
