Duties/Responsibilities

Location: North West

Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: 0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday/Hybrid

Contract Type: Permanent Full time

Role Overview:

To provide effective assistance to the Contracts and Service Managers in the running of all Project works and assist in the running of maintenance contracts.

What you'll do:
1. Liaise with Clients over start date, delivery date and completion dates.
2. Contact suppliers / sub-contractors to check price and ensure availability of goods prior to ordering.
3. Complete necessary paperwork to place order with suppliers and / or sub-contractors.
4. Investigate and resolve outstanding deliveries with suppliers.
5. Assist in the collation and issue of Contract variations as required.
6. Assist in carrying out monthly contract reviews on individual projects.
7. Prepare necessary information required for billing of completed jobs.
8. Prepare documentation for handover to the maintenance team.
9. Prepare and present quotations for additional works.
10. Tool box talks and Health & Safety implementation.
11. IMS documentation implementation.
12. Any other duties as requested by Projects or Service Managers within reason.

Person Specification

Who you'll be:
13. Thorough understanding of Project Co-Ordination.
14. Good interpersonal skills – proficient communication skills, both written & verbal with demonstrated ability.
15. Experience within similar role or transferable skills from related role.
16. Good IT skills.
17. Smart, presentable appearance.
18. Personable and approachable.
19. Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
20. Good command of the English language both written and verbal.
