Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and forward-thinking Secondary School in Bolton as they appoint a professional and organised Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a busy school environment and can confidently act as the first point of contact for students, staff, parents, and visitors. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of the school office and representing the school with warmth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting all visitors and providing outstanding front-of-house service
Managing telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries
Maintaining accurate administrative records and handling confidential information appropriately
Supporting with daily office tasks, including filing, data entry, and distributing post
Liaising with staff and students to ensure effective communication across the school
Upholding safeguarding expectations and following school procedures at all times
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working in Administration-ideally within a school, education, or similarly fast-paced environment. Applications without relevant administrative experience cannot be considered.
Additionally:
Previous experience using Bromcom is highly desired and will be viewed favourably.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
A proactive, polite, and professional manner
