Location: Based in Coalville, Leicestershire (Hermitage Industrial Estate) – Nationwide operations, mostly Midlands-focused
Vehicle: Rigid + drawbar trailer with 54t - 66t FASSI crane (modern EURO 6 compliant fleet)

The Role
We're looking for a capable, safety-conscious Category C+E (Class 1) driver ideally with HIAB/lorry loader experience to join our friendly team. You'll operate your own allocated vehicle (rigid + drawbar with 54t - 66t FASSI crane) for the vast majority of the time, delivering and installing to a wide variety of sites — from tight urban locations to major construction projects.
* Average 1–2 nights out per week (varies; some weeks more than others)
* Weekend work optional when available
* Varied, hands-on work with real responsibility — no two days the same
* Opportunity to progress to newer or larger HIAB vehicles after 1–2 years of good performance
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Valid Category C+E (Class 1) HGV licence
* Minimum 2 years' HGV driving experience in the UK
* Clean or near-clean licence
* Can do attitude and ability to problem solve.
Highly Desirable (but full training/support available for the right person):
* Lorry loader (HIAB) qualification/experience
* HGV site delivery experience (tight access, health & safety, good customer relations)
* ADR qualification (or willingness to obtain — training offered)
