Offer description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, and providing excellent service to both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and data entry
Maintain accurate records and databases
Operate and maintain office equipment, including label printers and printing machines
Fill out and maintain label control sheets accurately
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide exceptional communication and customer service, both internally and ExternallyRequirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role .
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems
Experience using label printers, printing machines, and other office equipment
Ability to accurately complete and manage label control sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Own transport and a valid driving licenseBenefits :

£15.00 per hour
Monday to Friday day shifts
Minimum 40 hours per week
On-site parking
