Customer Success Advisor (x5 roles)
£26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid – office-based in Edinburgh for the first month, then 3 days in-office / 2 days WFH
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm (+ approx. 2–4 weekend days per year)

We’re are currently hiring five Customer Success Advisors to join a growing tech company in the travel and property space. Their platform helps short-term rental owners boost their bookings by streamlining how their properties are listed and managed across major booking platforms. In simple terms: they make hosting easier and more profitable.
You’ll be part of a high-performing Customer Success team, working directly with property hosts to help them get the most out of the platform. This isn’t a sales role, but it’s all about driving performance, building relationships, and offering valuable advice that leads to real results.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting hosts to improve their listings and drive more bookings
* Acting as a trusted advisor – offering best practices, data-driven insights, and guidance
* Reviewing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Helping users navigate platform features confidently
* Collaborating with support, product, and marketing teams to share feedback and improve the customer experience
What they’re looking for:
* Around 2+ years in a customer-facing role – this could be customer success, support, account management, recruitment, travel, or sales
* Comfortable working to KPIs or performance targets
* Strong communication skills and a natural relationship builder
* Able to thrive in a start-up or fast-paced environment where things can change quickly
* Someone who’s open to feedback, driven to deliver, and takes pride in their work
* Values quality, consistency, and genuinely wants to help customers succeed
Bonus if you have (but not essential):
* Experience with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or channel/property management systems
* Background in tech, tourism, booking platforms, or proptech
* Confident using CRMs or other digital tools
