We are seeking a reliable and skilled subcontractor team specialising in domestic rewiring. If your team has a proven track record in electrical work and is dedicated to providing exceptional service, we want to collaborate with you
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Execute rewiring projects in domestic properties, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with our project managers to assess project requirements and deliver high-quality workmanship.
* Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, making good.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing effective solutions.
* Maintain clear communication with our team and clients regarding project progress and requirements.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a subcontractor team in domestic rewiring or electrical installations.
* Relevant electrical qualifications for all team members (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds).
* Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively with our team and communicate effectively.
