This is a full-time position, offered as either a permanent role or a long-term agency contract, depending on the applicant's preference and experience.

History Teacher - Key Responsibilities
Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that promote historical inquiry, critical thinking, and contextual understanding
Inspire students to explore the past and understand its relevance to the present
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental enrichment, including trips and history-themed activities
Support the wider Humanities faculty through collaboration and shared planning

Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
