Workshop Foreman Farnham (Heavy Plant)
Salary: £45,000 £55,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in plant hire, tools, or powered access whos ready to step into a leadership roleor for someone already in a supervisory position whos looking for a new challenge within a growing and supportive business.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and supervising a team of workshop and field Plant Engineers
2. Hands-on work, including maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of plant, tools, and powered access equipment
3. Allocating daily jobs and managing the workshop schedule
4. Maintaining high standards for equipment safety and performance
5. Monitoring team productivity and performance targets
6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures at all times
