JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR


Role Summary

We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience (or strong prior practical experience). Based in Castlederg, the role involves supporting an Intermediate QS and the wider commercial team on procurement, interim valuations, and project cost reporting.


Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with subcontractor and supplier procurement
2. Support interim valuations and payment applications
