Location: Lincolnshire (NG34 area)
Shift Pattern: Continental (2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Off)
Salary: £51,500 per annum
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join a large, well-established manufacturing site in the area.
This is a key role within the engineering team, supporting production through proactive and reactive maintenance on a range of automated and semi-automated equipment.
The Role:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
Fault find on PLC-controlled machinery and production equipment
Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
Work closely with production to minimise downtime
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site standards
About You:
Strong electrical background (electrical bias essential)
Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship or equivalent)
Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred
Confident fault-finding skills on electrical systems, motors, sensors, drives, etc.
Comfortable working a continental shift pattern
