The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting cardiothoracic surgical procedures, delivering advanced clinical care, and contributing to improved patient outcomes across the perioperative pathway. Clinical Duties: * Assist in cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including vein harvesting, sternotomy assistance, and closure techniques. * Provide advanced perioperative care to patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgeries. * Perform pre-operative assessment and post-operative reviews, ensuring continuity of care. * Undertake clinical decision-making within scope of practice, including patient management plans. * Support enhanced recovery pathways and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
