My client, a well-established and highly regarded name in East London’s property scene, is seeking a Valuer to join their close-knit team. With a strong reputation built over decades, this agency prides itself on its supportive culture, long-standing client relationships, and genuine appreciation for its staff.
The successful candidate will be joining a small yet busy agency in a vibrant part of London.
Working Hours for the Sales Valuer:
* 5 day working week with a day in lieu when working a Saturday
Salary/Package for the successful Sales Valuer:
* Competitive basic salary depending on experience
* First year OTE of Circa £50,000 (uncapped)
* Car allowance of £250
* Strong individual commission structure
Responsibilities for the role of the Sales Valuer:
* Conduct in person visits to assess homes and determine their market value based on location, condition, and comparable sales.
* Persuade homeowners to list their property with the agency by presenting valuation reports and marketing strategies.
* Advise sellers on pricing, presentation, and market trends to help them achieve the best sale outcome.
* Recommend pricing strategies and sales approaches tailored to each property and client.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Valuer Requirements:
* Proven track record of working as a Sales Valuer in East London is desirable
* Strong market knowledge
* Previous experience working as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer
* Clean Driving licence
* Strong level of customer service.
