This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping young people access learning, build confidence and achieve their potential. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support pupils in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. Help students access the curriculum through encouragement and tailored support. Work closely with teaching staff to support progress and engagement.
