In-House Legal Counsel – 1‑4 PQE Lawyer (Enterprise SaaS, Hybrid)
VoiceWorks seeks an energetic in‑house Legal Counsel / Commercial Lawyer to partner with a leading enterprise SaaS platform in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.
Role Overview
* Hybrid working – 3 days per week in office (Bracknell, 3 days per week). The rest remote.
* Competitive market salary, DOE, plus benefits package.
* Report to Senior Commercial Legal Counsel / Head of Legal.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements – MSAs, EULAs, DPAs, software licensing, partner/supplier contracts.
* Provide legal input across enterprise and public sector tenders.
* Deliver clear business‑enabling advice that empowers teams to move fast, confidently, and compliantly.
* Enhance contracting processes and playbooks for scalability.
* Support strategic corporate, secretarial, IP, M&A, and data projects as the company expands globally.
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) – ideally 1–3 years’ PQE.
* Strong academic background and commercial contracting experience.
* Excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills.
* Pragmatic, proactive, and eager to grow in a high‑performance team.
* Interest in technology, AI, and intellectual property.
