Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive North American BD strategy aligned with global commercial objectives.
2. Lead and mentor a growing team of 3-5 business development and sales professionals across the .
3. Build and expand partnerships with top-tier biopharma clients, with a focus on large pharma, biotech, and emerging innovators.
4. Drive sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across the full CDMO service spectrum: API, DP, peptides, and drug conjugates (ADCs).
5. Collaborate with global technical and operational teams to shape customized proposals, timelines, and delivery plans.
6. Act as a senior face of the company in key conferences, client meetings, and strategic partnerships.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and growth strategies.
