As L&TD Operations Manager, you'll oversee systems, compliance, and reporting, ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of training and talent programmes. A strong focus of this role is to ensure robust and reliable operations and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include establishing formal governance, management of budgets, schedules, suppliers, reporting and maintaining delivery standards across all L&TD programmes. This role is ideal for someone experienced in learning operations who excels at managing complex logistics and driving operational consistency. This role is key to the supporting our UK business strategy through the provision of impactful development experiences at scale, with the aims of achieving:
