We are looking for a Day Shift Supervisor to come and join the Swindon Evri family that share our passion and drive to delight our customers.
We are looking for someone to own the Day Shift and drive the warehouse forward enjoying a 5-day work week with competitive pay. Our Dayshift typically runs Sun to Thurs 13:00 - 21:00 dependant on volumes.

Our DayShift Warehouse Supervisor is a key role working with our Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day operation in our Depot where you will lead teams of, Sorters and Drivers in processing parcels delivered from client sites in to smaller geographic areas to be delivered to the final customer.
We need Professionals who can motivate, manage and where necessary discipline a diverse workforce to get the best out of them. You will also talent manage and develop your team so that as promotion and more senior roles become available you have the talent to build your team.
