TeacherActive is proud to be working with several private day nurseries around Leeds LS10. This nurseries cater for children aged between 0 – 4 years old, with different rooms and activities set up for the children based on their current interests and age. The nurseries each keep the children’s well-being at the heart of everything they do, ensuring that children are supported throughout all areas of their learning and development.
These nurseries are currently searching for both full-time and part-time staff, as well as day-to-day cover to cover any sickness or annual leave. There are also opportunities to progress and become a permanent member of staff! The ideal applicant will be passionate about working with young children and helping them learn and develop, with previous experience working with children under the age of 5 either within an Early Years setting or from babysitting for friends and family. The successful Nursery Assistant will be eager to develop their own skills and will be confident entering a new setting and joining a new team.
The successful Nursery Assistant will:
Be a team player, and enthusiastic about learning new skills
Eager to work with young children and gain experience working in the Early Years Sector
Be able to act as a role model for the children.
