Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in our offices in Edinburgh. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, providing basic server support, network troubleshooting and administrating Microsoft Office365 systems as needed. They will also work closely with our customers to ensure their IT systems are functioning correctly and provide recommendations for improvements as needed. Security of IT systems is paramount, so the successful candidate should be familiar with common Microsoft based security protocols and systems, such as MFA and Entra.
Qualifications
* Experience in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Computer Repair
* Knowledge of Desktop Computers, Local Area Networks, Routers and Printer Support
* Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem, including Email and Teams
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience working with small businesses and business owners is a plus
Salary
Compensation for this role has been set from £24,000 to £28,000 per year based on experience and tecnical skill set.
