Join Our Team as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, All Year Round
Salary: £31,183.10 per annum

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
* Collaborate with your team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential)
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable)
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable)
