Key Responsibilities

Manage the full 360° recruitment process within the construction sector

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
*
Source, screen, and place candidates across a range of construction roles (e.g. trades, white-collar, technical, or management – depending on experience)
*
Conduct business development activities, including client meetings and account management
*
Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts with clients and candidates
*
Ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation,
*
Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and revenue targets
Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Recruitment Consultant
*
Strong knowledge of the construction industry and recruitment market
*
Ability to work independently and manage your own desk
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*
Strong negotiation and sales ability
*
Results-driven with a proactive approach
*
Comfortable working flexibly and managing your own time effectively
