* We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Baby Room Practitioner to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and early childhood education to infants and toddlers in our nursery setting. * Responsibilities
* Provide attentive and responsive care to babies, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
* Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development.
* Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare and education.
* Manage daily routines, including feeding, changing, and nap times, while ensuring hygiene standards are upheld.
* Observe and document children's development, sharing insights with the team for continuous improvement.
* Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all children in your care.
* Qualifications
* Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
* A qualification in Early Years qualification level 3
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A genuine love for working with children and an understanding of their developmental needs
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
