Key Responsibilities
* Analyse conflict search results to identify potential regulatory and commercial conflicts, using Software.
* Manage incoming new client and new matter opening requests.
* Research new clients for CDD purposes and support fee-earners in gathering required documentation.
* Conduct Sanction Screening.
