Salary: £43,800 - £58,500 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Coventry, Gateshead (2-3 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full time, permanent (35 hours per week)

About the role
As our new Sales Enablement Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sales content strategy-creating compelling, customer focused materials that help our teams connect, engage, and close with confidence.

Responsibilities Include:
* Lead the creation of engaging sales content- think pitch decks, cases studies, demo videos and more.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with customer needs and product strategy.
* Build and manage a central content hub that's easy to access and always up to date.
* Deliver training and workshops to help sales teams use content effectively.
* Use data to measure content performance and continuously improve impact.
About you
You are a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for turning complex concepts into easily digestible content. You bring:
* Experience in sales enablement or training, ideally within an education or related field.
* A customer-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
* Confidence using multimedia tools and managing multiple projects.
* A commitment to inclusion, continuous learning, and making a difference.
