Interim Head of Housing and Property Services Housing - London 6 - 12 month FTC with a view to extend or go permanent c £75,000 - £80,000 per annum About the client The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Interim Head of Housing and Property Services for a housing association in London. Accountabilities Provide leadership to housing and property services teams Responsible for resident engagement and tenancy services Responsible for customer service, general housing management, community engagement and service delivery Responsible for a variety of asset management matters, including but not limited to health and safety, compliance, investment, property services, repairs and maintenance, surveying, liaising with external contractor’s, sustainability and retrofitting Ensure tenant satisfaction levels are adhered to as well as development of a community hub to connect to the wider community and encourage voluntary working Ensure this organisation adheres to required housing legislation and statutory requirements As a member of the leadership team, you will have wider strategic responsibilities surrounding growth and development, financial management and regulation Candidate Requirements Available to start immediately Experience leading both property/assets teams as well as housing management functions Proven experience in a similar position, within social housing Proven leadership skills CIH housing qualifications Ideally a property related qualification or working towards Campaign Timeline This is an urgent post and is open until filled.
