Role of a Clinical Lead

As a Clinical Lead, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will oversee clinical care across our dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist care homes, ensuring care exceeds professional standards and legal requirements. Your responsibilities include providing specialist nursing support, advice, and taking charge in the Home Manager's absence, while supervising colleagues to deliver empathetic, person-centered care.


Qualifications and Skills

* Registered Nurse with a valid PIN, committed to NMC standards.
* Passionate about mentoring colleagues and supporting students as a practice supervisor and assessor.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and professional conduct.
* Advocate for person-centered care, safeguarding, and recognizing signs of abuse or neglect, with appropriate training and reporting abilities.
