Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for a Site Agent for major rail projects as part of the CP7 framework in the Kent area. Ideal candidate will have strong rail and civils background for work on station, track and bridge/structures packages. Responsibilities: Lead a significant section of the project as the Site Agent. Take full ownership and accountability for cost management of your project, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs, and forecasts through commercial awareness. Create a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities and medium-term plan against the contract programme. Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with client and Network Rail standards. Promote integrated working with other members within the project to create a one-team ethos, including development of team members Delegate work packages to subcontractors and sign off on work completed as part of these projects. Experience/qualifications: Experience working on Civils projects ideally in a Rail environment. Proven technical and project management abilities Strong organisational and management skills Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment Sufficient experience required in construction. 5 years' experience in delivery of Projects on Network Rail Infrastructure PTS CITB SMTS or equivalent CSCS Temporary Works Co-ordinator Excellent long term opportunity for a candidate to work on these projects over the next 5 years.
