Position: Wiring Assistant/Assembler
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Small Dole
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: Starting at £12.21 per hour, increasing to £12.71 upon permanent placement, plus additional pay after the probation period.
Please note: Due to the location, having your own transport is essential.
What You'll Do:
Wire lamps with meticulous precision, ensuring every piece meets our high-quality standards for dispatch.
Assist in distressing metal components as part of our production process.
Collaborate with a friendly and committed team, passionate about excellence and innovation.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in PCB, soldering, wiring, or cable assembly is essential.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic that shines through in everything you do.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a supportive atmosphere.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes as we continue to grow.
