What you'll be doing As a Finance Systems Accounts Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with third parties and internal teams to support Management Accounts activities Handling large and complex data sets to support reconciliation work and ensure data integrity Presenting financial data in a meaningful, decision-focused format Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as part of the wider Management Accounts team Identifying opportunities to streamline, improve and automate finance processes Supporting audit preparation by gathering and uploading relevant documentation Managing and maintaining master data used in management accounts Maintaining user role profiles for the General Ledger system Managing cost and expense code mappings in finance systems to support GNFR (Goods Not For Resale) reporting The role is for you if You have a solid understanding of financial control and reconciliation practices Youre comfortable working with detailed processes while staying focused on broader business goals Youre highly skilled in Excel and capable of automating tasks or building macros to increase efficiency Youre self-motivated, well-organised, and confident working to deadlines Youre qualified or working towards a CIMA or ACCA qualification Youre experienced with Microsoft and G Suite applications, and ideally have knowledge of Open Accounts Youre analytical, solutions-focused, and enjoy finding better ways to work DFS Benefits Growth and Training: Learn new skills and develop your career with us.
