This role plays a key role in pricing, profitability and day‑to‑day operational support on a temporary basis, with a view to go permanent at their Warrington site.
Job Description
The Commercial Finance Administrator duties include:
3. Supporting the team with profitability and pricing
4. Carrying out basic Excel analysis
5. Working with bespoke internal systems to maintain accurate information
6. Liaising with sales, operations, directors, and shareholders on an ad‑hoc basis
7. Spotting issues, investigating solutions, and proactively taking initiative
8. Resolving system quirks or queries
9. Ensuring accuracy, logic, and sound judgement in calculations
10. Contributing to a collaborative shared workload with quick turnaround times
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Finance Administrator should have:
11. Experience is helpful but not essential - logic and attitude matter more.
12. Analytical, sensible, and commercially minded
13. Confident with basic maths and calculations
14. Comfortable speaking to internal stakeholders
15. Sociable, proactive, and willing to learn
16. Capable with basic Excel (formulas can be taught)
17. Literate and able to communicate clearly
