Job Description
You will be responsible for front-line customer service duties at railway stations, including delivering passenger information and communication, issuing tickets, resolving complaints, and assisting in providing a high-quality rail service.
Essential Criteria
* A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths, or at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* At least 6 months of relevant clerical or administrative experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Access.
* Experience handling cash transactions.
* Experience in a customer-facing role, including dealing with customer inquiries.
Desirable Criteria
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role involving ticketing equipment or cash registers.
* Book-keeping experience.
* Experience working with Agresso and Merit systems.
