Account Manager Job Description
As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves engaging in meaningful interactions with customers and employing a consultative approach to support them in enhancing productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What Does the Role Involve?
Your days will vary, but typically include:
1. Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand needs, and providing tailored solutions.
2. Demonstrating innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site.
3. Developing relationships with ‘focus’ customers and uncovering new business leads.
4. Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the CRM system Salesforce.
