We are currently recruiting for process operatives to join our manufacturing client based in Bourton-on-the-Water on a temporary assignment.
This role involves assembling high-quality medical devices within a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, including some labelling, basic assembly and packing.
Key Responsibilities:
o Assembling precision components and medical devices within a cleanroom environment
o Following strict manufacturing procedures, GMP standards and quality requirements
o Meeting production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy
o Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
o Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance requirements
o Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
o Working collaboratively with colleagues to support production goals
Skills & Requirements:
o Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
o Excellent attention to detail, dexterity and patience
o Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines
o Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
o Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
o Reliable with strong timekeeping and work ethic
o Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
o Positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
