THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Support & Development Specialist to serve and develop our customer base.
Your mission will be to deliver outstanding customer support, provide advice on AHV concepts, and drive telesales activity to grow revenue, maintain customer retention, and maximise business potential across your assigned area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing advice and guidance to dairy farmers and agri partners on AHV concepts, products, and programmes, ensuring customers are well-informed and supported.
* Proactively call and engage with existing and potential customers to maintain relationships, promote product usage, and drive sales performance.
* Identify and develop new business prospects while nurturing existing accounts to uncover growth opportunities and meet revenue targets.
* Achieve all client retention and revenue goals by ensuring a positive customer experience, delivering solutions promptly, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
* Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to support customer growth initiatives, align on campaigns, and share insights that drive success.
* Stay up-to-date with AHV product developments, technical innovations, and market trends to deliver expert advice and maximise upsell opportunities.

Requirements
CRITERIA
* Minimum 3 years' experience with proven telesales, customer service, or internal sales experience
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized
* Ability to identify business opportunities and act on them
* Competent in using CRM systems (Salesforce experience an advantage)
* Knowledge of, or experience in, the agricultural sector—ideally within the dairy industry—is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

· Base salary indication £25,000-30,000 annually, plus commission;
