Location: London or Newbury (Hybrid)

Working Hours: Full time, 37.5 h per week – Mon to Fri

What You’ll Do
* Program manage sales transformation projects, ensuring consistency in goal definition and measurement across cross‑functional teams.
* Develop, manage, facilitate and evaluate the Customer Advisory Board (CAB).
* Design and drive key strategic initiatives to support customer engagement, revenue and sales improvement.
* Partner with Sales leaders to create and implement an executive engagement strategy for key customers.
* Create strategic customer insights, market trends and an opportunity landscape, collaborating with sales heads and performing secondary research.
* Support senior‑level meetings, business reviews and quarterly business reviews.
* Track and measure effectiveness of engagement initiatives, providing regular ROI and relationship health updates.
* Support the Head of Business Sales with key business‑management activities as required.
Who You Are
* Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Good understanding of B2B sales strategy and the customer lifecycle.
* Experience running high‑profile events and managing strategic programmes/projects end‑to‑end.
* Ability to influence cross‑functional teams: Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to lead and facilitate strategic discussions.
* Customer‑centric mindset; empathetic to customer needs and able to advocate internally.
* Influencing skills to secure buy‑in and drive outcomes.
