Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives and marketing needs.
* Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
* Create content for digital campaigns that aligns with brand TOV and positioning.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and user experience.
* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
* Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and digital campaign conversion rates.
* Work with our team to ideate new and innovative growth strategies.
Required Skills
* Five years of experience in digital marketing/advertising.
* Agency, freelance, or in-house B2B marketing experience.
* Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.).
* Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords/PPC campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Desired Skills
* Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
* Experience within FinTech/RegTech. Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and tasks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
