Site Operatives & Machine Operators Required! - Nationwide ProjectsLocation: Based from Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire - Working nationwideSalary: £30,000 - £40,000+ per annum (depending on role, qualifications, and experience)BE Recruitment are working with a specialist contractor delivering environmental and construction services across major UK infrastructure projects, including rail, highways, utilities, and construction sectors.We are looking to recruit experienced and motivated individuals for a range of site-based roles across the UK, including:GroundworkersFencing OperativesVegetation Management / Clearance OperativesLandscaping OperativesMachine & Tractor OperatorsSalary & Benefits£30,000 - £33,000 for general operative roles£30,000 - £40,000+ for skilled and machine-based roles£30 per night tax-free staying away allowanceOpportunities for overtime and career progressionOngoing training and developmentRequirementsSuccessful candidates will have relevant site experience and, where applicable, hold valid industry qualifications and tickets, such as:CSCS CardCPCS or NPORS Plant TicketsChainsaw QualificationsPA1 & PA6 Spraying CertificatesFull UK Driving LicenceWorking AwayThis role involves working on projects throughout the UK and candidates must be willing to stay away from home when required. Staying away is typically Monday to Friday only, depending on project location and programme requirements.The number of nights away will vary throughout the year based on operational needs.
