AXA Retail is seeking a talented, passionate, and versatile Salesforce Engineer with a growth mindset and a commitment to technical excellence. You will be a key member of our agile development team, responsible for building and maintaining our Salesforce Ecosystem and its integration with our in-house insurance platform, adhering to industry best practices and standards. Your collaborative approach will foster a culture of growth and learning, demonstrating resilience and courage in facing new challenges.
Our technology stack primarily includes: APEX, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Lightning Web Components, HTML, CSS, Custom Objects, Complex Batch Jobs, Azure DevOps, and Copado. We are also exploring other languages and technologies, with a focus on the Salesforce Platform and Azure cloud services.

What you'll be doing:
1. Developing solutions that meet quality, design, coding, performance, and security standards.
2. Providing production support, including incident investigation, triage, and resolution.
3. Thoroughly testing solutions, emphasizing automated testing standards and techniques.
4. Utilizing a mix of Low Code and Click-driven solutions alongside custom-coded options when necessary.
5. Creating and supporting custom Lightning Web Components, triggers, and scheduled batch jobs.
6. Ensuring quality and continuous improvement through design reviews, code reviews, and retrospectives.
7. Taking collective ownership of platform stability and availability.
8. Collaborating closely with colleagues to share knowledge and foster community growth.
What you'll bring:
1. Experience in a Salesforce Engineering role with relevant certifications such as Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
2. Strong understanding of Clean Code practices, Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Governor Limits, and Salesforce Best Practices.
3. A growth-oriented, adaptable mindset capable of meeting evolving platform and customer needs.
4. Proven experience across the Salesforce Ecosystem, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
5. A passion for software development demonstrated through blogging, open-source contributions, and participation in tech events.
6. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
7. A desire to innovate and find optimal technical solutions.
8. Knowledge of additional technologies such as C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, WCF, SQL, ASP.NET Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap is advantageous.
