Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner
- Deliverstructured, evidence-based, low-intensity psychological interventions forindividuals with mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression
- Managea varied caseload and independently assess, plan, and reviewinterventions

- Promoterecovery, resilience, and wellbeing within the local community

Main duties of the job
Clinicaland Client-Facing
Conductassessments and deliver low-intensity, evidence-based interventions
Managea high-volume caseload of clients with common mental health problems
Providepsychoeducation and structured self-help programmes in one-to-one andgroup formats
Usevalidated outcome measures to track progress andguide treatment planning
Assessand manage risk in line with servicepolicy
Supportclients in achieving goals using a structured, person-centredapproach
Workwith diverse clients in a culturally appropriatemanner
CaseManagement
Managea diverse caseload with autonomy and appropriate clinical judgement
Liaiseeffectively with GPs, referrers and community services to ensurejoined-up care
ServiceDevelopment and Quality Assurance
Maintainaccurate and timely electronic client records and clinical notes
Collectand input outcome measures and contribute to service evaluation
Contributeto service promotion and outreach, including events andawareness campaigns
Collaborationand Outreach
Developworking relationships with a range of statutory and voluntary sectorpartners
Promotethe service in community and healthcare settings and contribute tooutreach events to encourage referrals and access
Supervisionand Learning
Receiveand contribute to regular case management and clinical skills supervision
Supportthe development of trainee PWPs and colleagues

Other Requirements
* Commitment to completing ongoing training and using supervision effectively
* Ability to travel to training provider and service locations
* Maintaining registration with BABCP
* Additional languages spoken
Qualifications
* Evidence-based PWP qualification e.g. PGCert or equivalent from an accredited training provider
* GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above
* Eligible for or working towards registration with BABCP
* Training in health, social care, or psychological therapy
* Qualification in PWP caseload management or supervision
* Additional training in CBT-informed interventions or specific client groups e.g. perinatal, LTCs
Experience
* Experience delivering low-intensity, CBT-based interventions to clients with depression and/or anxiety
* Experience managing a high-volume caseload
* Understanding of common mental health problems e.g. depression, anxiety
* Experience of using client databases or electronic records
* Familiarity with Talking Therapies services, targets, and outcome measures
* Experience working across diverse settings e.g. 1:1, group, digital
* Experience working with multiple agencies and community organisations
* Experience supporting others through mentoring or supervision
Skills and Abilities
* Ability to deliver a range of low-intensity interventions across multiple platforms in person, phone, online
* Ability to make clinical decisions regarding suitability for treatment, risk, and step-up or down
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Skilled in managing personal workload, deadlines, and KPIs in a high-paced environment
* Proficient with digital tools and clinical data systems
* Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
* Able to adapt therapeutic approaches for diverse communities
