Recruitment Consultant - Coleraine Area - Permanent An established international recruitment business operating within the Animal Health industry is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its team in the Coleraine area. This role offers the chance to work with a global client base, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong relationships with candidates and clients in a specialist, people-focused sector. About the role:
1. From £27,000 per annum (DOE)
2. Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing in this role:
5. Responsible for the interviewing and recruitment of candidates within the Veterinary Sector.
6. Understanding the specific requirements of a client company's vacant position to identify the ideal candidate profile.
7. Actively searching for potential candidates through various channels like job boards, networking, and referrals, along with progressing candidate enquiries from the website and internal CRM
8. Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability for each vacancy
9. Conducting in-depth interviews, skills testing, and reference checks to evaluate candidates comprehensively. Advising candidates on the visa, qualifications and experience required for each role and country.
10. Presenting a curated list of qualified candidates to the client company for further consideration.
11. Coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and facilitating the offer process
What you'll need for this role:
12. Minimum of one years’ experience working in a sales and target driven environment
13. A Bachelor’s Degree
14. You must be a driver with access to a vehicle
15. Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with both clients and candidates.
16. An ability to understand and learn industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape
17. Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or experience in a sales environment and utilising CRM Software.
