The Role:
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to support sales, onboarding, and customer success teams by providing expert technical insight, delivering compelling demos, and helping customers extract maximum value from the platform.
This is a cross-functional role blending technical problem solving, commercial awareness, and customer communication. You’ll play a key part in driving revenue and supporting product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support sales cycles with tailored technical solutions, documentation, and ROI cases
* Lead technical discovery sessions to identify requirements and reduce delivery risk
* Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs
* Handle technical queries, including RFP/RFI/InfoSec responses
* Ensure smooth handover between sales and onboarding
* Support advanced implementations (APIs, integrations, tracking setup, call routing)
* Collaborate with Product & Engineering to validate new ideas and raise technical insights.
* Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation
About You
* Background in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting within SaaS, MarTech, analytics, or similar
* Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, APIs, integrations, and data workflows
* Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, webhooks, tracking snippets) is a plus
* Comfortable discussing technical detail with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills
* Enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
* Curious, commercially aware, and motivated to learn
Requirements:
* 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role
* Experience supporting sales or onboarding processes
* Strong technical troubleshooting and solution design skills
* Bonus: Experience creating or contributing to POCs
