The Role: Account Manager – IT Sales
Drive new business development across the UK
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
Sell UCaaS, contact centre & connectivity solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations
Build long-term, consultative relationships with clients and partners
Identify and maximise upsell & cross-sell opportunitiesWhat You’ll Bring: Account Manager – IT Sales
Experience selling UCaaS, contact centre, or connectivity solutions (e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom)
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Confidence managing and developing high-value client accounts
A consultative, relationship-led sales approach
