Are you ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our dynamic London HR Team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do: As an HR Apprentice, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support across various HR functions, including employee administration, recruitment, and wellbeing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with the onboarding process for new joiners and supporting employees through transitions.
* Managing essential HR databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping in compliance with UK regulations.
* Coordinating wellbeing activities and promoting employee benefits that enhance workplace satisfaction.
* Participating in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, helping to create a more inclusive workplace.
* Supporting recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and assisting with candidate communications.

What We’re Looking For:

Five GCSEs (grades 9 to 4/A* to C) including English and Maths, or relevant HR experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
