Weâre looking for four enthusiastic Service Desk Analysts to join our busy and friendly IT Service team at Nottingham City Council on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What youâll be doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests by phone, email, or face-to-face.
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and professionally.
* Escalating complex problems when needed and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
* Supporting and maintaining systems across the Council, ensuring smooth operations for our teams.
* Sharing ideas for process improvements and contributing to our IT knowledge base.
What weâre looking for
* Previous experience in an IT Service Desk or customer support role.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, VMware, etc.).
* Great communication skills - calm, clear, and customer-focused.
